Every HouseMe home is built using the same materials and methods as a standard New Zealand house — fully compliant with the New Zealand Building Code. That means your home is designed and constructed to last 50 years or more under normal conditions, just like any other new home.

We use galvanised steel chassis, SIP (Structural Insulated Panel) construction, and quality fittings and finishes built to handle New Zealand’s climate. Our homes are council-consented, certified, and issued with a Code Compliance Certificate (CCC) — giving you the same legal protection and peace of mind as a traditional build.

With basic care and maintenance, your HouseMe home will easily last for decades.
