2007
The HouseMe business is founded and develops a stable of over 100 rental homes over time.
2017
Current management takes over the company and lays down some ambitious growth plans.
2019
We open our first show home outside Auckland in Tauranga and move from a 1500sqm factory to a dedicated 3000sqm facility.
2021
Continued expansion sees us move again onto the site we currently operate out of. It is larger than two football fields and contains two factory facilities over 2.3 hectares.
2022 - 2024
We innovate by introducing an affordable three-bedroom home to our range and opening show homes in Hastings, New Plymouth, Whangarei, Palmerston North and Christchurch.
2023/24
Thanks to rapid growth, we make the Deloitte Fast 50, a list of the fastest-growing firms in New Zealand. That was impressive, but we did it again the following year, moving up from 42nd to 23rd place.
