Vehicle Access and Site Conditions
HouseMe will not assume responsibility for any damage to driveways, pavements, or other infrastructural components that may arise from the transportation and placement of your transportable home. The weight and maneuverability of our transport vehicles may impact surfaces and underground utilities.
Site Access Requirements
It is imperative that our vehicles can access and exit the installation site autonomously. Should you require the vehicle to navigate soft or potentially unstable terrain closer to the installation site, please be aware that any complications, such as the vehicle becoming immobilised or causing property damage, will incur costs that you, as the property owner, will be responsible for.
Navigational Challenges
This agreement also encompasses potential damages resulting from navigating confined areas, including narrow drives, gateways, or natural obstructions like trees and shrubs, and any required close-proximity operations near existing structures or utilities.
Compliance with Regulations
Operations conducted near power lines (within 4 meters) require you to secure the necessary permits before we can proceed. You will be responsible for any damage to power lines or associated infrastructure during the installation. Furthermore, this will also fall under your purview if traffic management is required during delivery.
Override of Waivers
Should you choose to override our driver's recommendations or decisions or any waivers stated herein, you will be responsible for any resultant costs or damages.
