How is waste processed?

HouseMe units come equipped with an efficient waste management system designed to suit both temporary and permanent installations.

Standard Macerator Pump System:

• All units include a built-in macerator pump, which processes and liquefies waste from the kitchen, toilet, vanity, and shower.
• The processed waste is then expelled under pressure through a 25mm alkathene pipe, which connects to your main sewer line or septic tank.
• For proper installation and integration into your existing sewage system, we strongly recommend using a professional plumber or drain layer.

Gravity-Fed Plumbing Option:

• For more permanent installations (e.g., units placed on piles), we offer the option to remove the macerator pump and install a gravity-fed plumbing system instead.
• This modification ensures compatibility with traditional wastewater systems at no additional cost.
